I was very happy with their service from the start until the finish of the work. I had intended to get my windows tinted "eventually", but I just bought the car and didn't really want to take on another expense right away. However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting. read more

The place is a scam. First of all they don't stand by their work and secondly I paid for high-end Formula One Stratos windshield tint and only after getting it replaced I found out they tinted my windshield with some other cheap film. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They'll probably respond with a really "nice" reply, but just know it's a front to get you in the door of their business. They were very quick to respond with a link to a proposal, but when I tried to subsequently accept the proposal, I was unable to do so. I then called them on the phone and they told me that someone made a mistake and quoted me a discounted price when they shouldn't have, so the "new" price was going to be higher. WARNING Stay away from this place Worst Experience Ever I can't express enough how horrified I am by the service I received from Saul and Xtreme Auto Glass & Window Tint. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. Here's why: Damaged My Interior Door Handle: I entrusted them with my car for 4 days. After only having my car for TWO hours, I noticed that my interior door handle was damaged. I immediately called them, took pictures, sent texts and what did I get? A whole lot of nothing! They refuse to take responsibility. They even sent me the video they took when I dropped off the car and there was no damage of course, Ridiculous! The quote for the repair, over $2,200. I got this car brand new with 6 miles on it and the first time it was ever driven on the highway was to them. I had the car for over 6 weeks when I took it to them for service and the car had about 220 miles on it. Visible Seams on Paint Protection Film: The whole point of getting paint protection was to keep my car looking flawless. This shop told me there would be NO seams on the front bumper or side view mirrors. Guess what? There are super visible seams that completely ruin the look of the car. He did not want to spend the little extra time and a little more PPF to make it look right. I asked Saul to replace these two areas, but he refused. I even showed him how the PPF does not go far enough around the front grill and headlights. When I went to pick up my car I spent about an hour going over the outside of the car pointing out a lot of mistakes that they were fixing on the fly. He was even yelling at his guys for not finding this stuff. Fisheyes and the Excuse They Gave: They claimed my "brand new" car with just 6 miles from the dealer and he tells me the fisheyes are from BMW's paint job, REALLY?! I showed Saul while walking around the car that there are 4 on one front fender and several on the hood. However, when I asked a friend who does this exact work, unfortunately in SC, it was clear that the fisheyes were caused by THEIR work during polishing - they burnt through the clear coat in the process. Absolutely horrifying! Inferior Products Used: The LLumar film they applied is cheap and the D.Quartz ceramic coating they used for protection is subpar. I'm not sure why they're using such low-quality products when there are far better options on the market. I've already started seeing the flaws and I can tell it won't last. LLumar Yellowing After One Year: If you do a little research, you'll find that LLumar is known to yellow after just a year. Unfortunately, I didn't know this at the time and now I will be stuck with a compromised finish on my car. There are several areas that need fixing after the curing process, but how do I take my car back to Saul after all this, he never takes any responsibility, it's always someone else's fault and not willing to fix or replace anything. In conclusion, I deeply regret ever trusting Xtreme Auto Glass with my car. Terrible service, inferior products and damage that they refused to own up to. I would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! read more

(I had no idea there were different types of remote starts lol) I was even able to set up an appointment that fit with my hectic schedule. I must agree that Saul is a nice person and tries to be accommodating. However, I took my BMW 650i in to get all of my windows tinted based on the quote I received over the phone. Once I arrived, he told me about a better option that would not only look good but also filter the rays to keep the car much cooler during hot days. This upgrade was close to double the regular film. Since I was in the process of moving to St Louis the next day, where it is much warmer than Chicago, I decided to upgrade. Once my car was completed, I noticed that the film along the edges of the door glass did not adhere, bubbling. This is the part of the glass where there are small dots on the edge. Additionally, the problem also existed on the upper part of my rear glass. After contacting Saul regarding the problem, he told me that due to the upgraded film being much thicker, it is hard for it to adhere to the dots on the glass. However, this was not told to me beforehand, only how much better the upgraded film would perform. Saul offered to try to fix and said that it may or may not work. Well not only did it not work, it got worse. Now the edges of my door glass look absolutely terrible and I'm faced with having to remove and go with the lower quality film or cut the edges off with no film on that part. I've seen similar cars with a perfect results, however there is no way for me to verify if they have the thicker better quality film. I am not happy camper. I plan to get a second opinion by checking other places to see if they can fix. read more
