I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. So with either tint removal or actual tinting services, these are your guys! Plus they are reasonably priced. Thank you Super Tinting!

During the initial consultation, the guy let me know that they also do partial/full wraps. I was happy to learn that. I'll certainly be giving them my business for that. Regarding my tints, Umbre isn't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive either. They do great work. I only did the front windows, as the other windows are factory-tinted. They told me it's cost $250 for the mid-grade service. They only charge for the quality of the tint, not the level of tint. They offer a lifetime warranty on all services. And they under-promised and over-delivered, as I got out 40 minutes sooner than expected. I highly recommend this business.

How do you give a review BEFORE a job is complete? That makes a lot of sense. Don't trust their rating on Google. HAD to pay only in cash, too. Prior to beginning a job, the customer should be consulted about what will be done and if there are any special situations with the install for my specific vehicle, as all vehicles are not the same and require different methods. I was not consulted about anything before the job. Only after the job is complete they tell me the back window was difficult and they tried four times. They claim my car is very difficult to do and usually requires the back panel be taken out. But they didn't take the panel out so they claim they did the best they could (which was terrible and uneven). By the way, they dented my speaker in the back (probably during one of the four times they tried to do a simple install). Went back to complain and the boss said there was nothing he could do and that it's a fantastic job. He had the audacity to tell me he'll do my other car that I left there for a few days after picking up my tinted car, and he tells me he'll give me a good price on that other car as well, after I just got done complaining about how I was unsatisfied with the job. That should tell you everything right there about his motives: money, and that's it. Went back to complain a second time and they were very unprofessional and refused to give any kind of refund. A worker managed to tell me he doesn't know what I do for a living but I can't afford a good tint job and have no real money cause I'm asking for a refund. Boss never responds to my calls or texts. Unprofessional, money-hungry hustle. Not a real business. Avoid at all costs. Pay a little extra and get the job PROFESSIONALLY done, trust me.

Previously, I visited this car wash during rush hours when it was extremely busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for a tunnel wash. This time, I went around 4 PM, and they truly took good care of my car. It was my first time trying the exterior tunnel wash for $10, but fortunately, I had the chance to experience the full service this time. First and foremost, the staff was polite and smiling throughout the entire encounter. They did not give me any attitude or speak negatively in Spanish when I pointed out some imperfections, such as visible dirt, dust, and debris left on the car after the wash. Upon my arrival, I learned that the basic car wash for a sedan costs $39 and takes up to 40 minutes. This is a reasonable price, and given that timeframe, I expected my car to be spotless. In contrast, other car washes have rushed my vehicle through in just 5 minutes, resulting in it coming out dirty and dusty. When I received my car, it was clean overall, but as a picky customer, I noticed some visible dust and debris. On the downside, I would prefer if they didn't place dirty rags on the car seats or reuse them to wipe the dashboards. The microfiber cloths they used left behind additional dust. Moreover, there was still some dust on the dashboard near the window that I had to clean off when I got home. Because of these issues, I give them 4 stars. Overall, I am very pleased with the service compared to other car wash locations. I will definitely return unless I find a better option.

She did tell me they would be here the next morning between 7-8 am I am still waiting for them but when I called her to ask if there was an eta she blew up on me, was Cussing me out and Hung up on me, Again this was all caught on camera, when I told her I am leaving a review. We had two condo units in our building update windows as well as two back hallway windows, and Jacob provided a highly competitive quote. He was kind and patient when we waited for other unit owners in the building to decide, and did not push us to move quicker or make a decision when we were not yet ready. Ordering windows took a few weeks and teams on install day moved swiftly and kept the area clean after! I also want to note that we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and many contractors said they could not install and/or needed additional materials, external infrastructure and costs to do the project, but Jacob made it seamless with bringing windows up the stairs, and doing an internal install, which incurred no extra install costs. This was also great as it did not impact our neighbors and kept the project contained and clean. Jacob really cares about being transparent and has earned our trust, and I would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone looking to install new windows in their home. called this place to request a detail, the person on the phone was calling me a random name, and threatened to call the cops on me. He was very rude to me, so I ended up calling another detailing company. I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.
