They cut every corner possible on a $40,000 project which was to turn a utility room into a shower room for a disabled family member. Used NON slip resistant tile on the shower floor, didnt even apply primer to new drywall, created trip & fall hazards. I could go on. 3rd party inspector hired by the County revealed inadequacy of everything they did, yet, Matt Ocel belligerently refused to make a single correction. After visiting several places to look at sheds we decided on Backyard Building Systems. They build onsite to order. You can add options: wider doors, windows, trim, interior shelving, etc... We added windows, wider doors and shelving. The prices were comparable or lower than others but the quality was much better. Very sturdy. Our only issue was that the trim had two gaps but we caulked with paintable trim and it is fine now. The shed comes primed but the trim is bare wood. Very easy to paint. Staff was easy to work with and patient during question. I just wished they offered more shingle colors.

The owner is very knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions as we were decided between them and american water works. Once our project got close they were in contact and actually completed the project ahead of schedule. They were respectful and hard working. They even cleaned everything up before leaving... they literally wiped my washed and dryer down. You could barley tell it was a work zone at one point in time. We had one bump in the road... our water main got knicked, but as the owner said he was responsible and sure enough I was able to get a plumber of my choice and he paid the bill. We are two months out and have had alot of rain.... not one leak and our blocks are drying out. Would ABSOLUTLY recommend them to anyone I know!!!
