Amy handles the cleaning aspect of things and is doing a major deep clean for me. Gary handles grout, tile and carpet cleaning and even has a special way to remove Kool-aid stains from the carpet which I was so thankful to hear about and am utilizing. I contacted them about a month ago and explained my situation. They quoted me over the phone and said to give them a call a week or so ahead of when I would like to schedule. They are always pretty busy which means their work is on point! I called in Amy to clean my baseboards separately so my contractor could put down quarter round and she was more than happy to fit me into her schedule. I also asked Gary to clean the grout in my kitchen so the contractor could fix a few spots and he got it immaculately clean. Now they are scheduled to do a final clean and shampoo my carpets before we put the house on the market. They are the ultimate business and have REALLY helped me out. I have had my carpets professionally cleaned several times and in average it takes 3-4 hours. This crew was in and out in 40 minutes. I had to go behind the vacuum and hire another company to come back out and re-clean our carpets. This is a 5 bed room house with stairs. 1st time was 20 min and to ask this to come back in.
