Maybe if the garage wasn't crammed full it would help. . Anyway after our move in 2024 we've had termite treatment to the new house because the builder was lazy and just put out a few ground containers with sticks of wood! The poor technician who came was here a really long time especially drilling the concrete porch in back! He said the concrete was at least 20" deep! I relied on that information when I paid for the service. When I later called because I was still having a pest problem, I was told that the coverage was actually only 30 days. That is completely different from what I was told when I purchased the service. I feel that I was misled by the representative about the 90-day coverage. If the policy was only 30 days, that should have been clearly explained to me before I paid--not after I needed to call back for help. This is not just a misunderstanding. Customers make decisions based on the information representatives provide, and changing the story afterward is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Moxie needs to do a better job training its representatives and making sure customers are given accurate information about their service guarantees. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with both the service and the customer service.
