They came out and missed several windows during the initial clean and I had to go through and mark all of the missed corners. The tech that showed up used the same dirty water to wash all of the windows inside my house and got black water droplets all over my furniture, window sills, carpeting, and walls. He banged his ladder against the walls and left damage in three separate areas of my home. I had to scrub the black water droplets off my carpeting in several rooms and reclean all of the window sills after he left. For $2,000 this is absolutely insanely terrible service. Commercial buildings or outdoor windows sure... do not let these guys in your home. They powerwashed my driveway and blew all of my plant covers off the plants and didn't put them back, blew the dirty water right into the entrace of my driveway so it was immediately tracked back in within a day. I would also like to note that after i initially complained they sent the same technician back to my house "to make it right". yes, please send the same person that did a terrible job the first time back into my home and not tell me he is coming. I was uncomfortable the entire time. Again, super nice people when you meet them but they are sloppy and inconsiderate once inside your home.
