I recommend booking via their online reservation system in advance of your visit, well worth it to get a decent rate, guarantee the vehicle of your choice will be waiting for you at the airport, and this will take the stress out of it. Of course, you can also book at any time for the day or more at any of their many offices throughout the island. They operate on an 'as found' policy for petro which means the tank is usually empty but theres a petrol station just outside the airport on the main Yaiza road to Puerto del carmen and playa blanca. Good outfit, recommended.
