My interaction in placing a custom order with the new owner went well. She's helpful, has a good eye and common sense. She was patient with my requests for tweaks in setting up the order. The embroidery work is done at this location. They offer screen printing, with a $25 set up fee plus the cost of your design. (That's normal at all screen printing places.) Rushed over and saw the pieces and could not even tell it was a wrap or that there was a seam. Came out perfect even though the wrap we supplied him was not wide enough... he had to cut and seam it together and for the life of me i can't see where the seam is. Yes he is that darn good! (My brother in law recommended the company, and Brandon specifically.) He was incredibly responsive and made sure I was happy with the proofs. I also really appreciated the online portal to approve the quote and pay the order as well as the informative emails letting me know as soon as my order was ready. They could drop ship it, but a family member was in the area and picked them up for me. Overall, it was simple, quick, and ended up exactly as I'd envisioned! I followed up on 9/6 to confirm order. I followed up again on 9/18 and was assured everything was on track. I called to ask for tracking number on 9/26 and was informed that "the printer made a mistake" and they would not be able get the product to me. Here's the most frustrating thing: I called and was informed that they would not be able to deliver the goods that I paid for a month and 10 days in advance, which left me wondering if anyone from customer service would have called me or just left me hanging?!?! This created a lot of unnecessary stress surrounding an event that was happening on 9/30. I found someone in CA who created custom lanyards and shipped to my business in less than 24 hours for the same price.
