I'm giving Five stars because the experience was great, the pricing was unmatched (best rate for additional hours), my kids and guests ultimately had a great time, & the experience is now a core memory for my kids that they won't stop talking about however a major con with my husband, myself and a few other adults was the owners approach with the kids. He was a bit too harsh in his tone when speaking and instructing them which was a big no with us. I will say it was a bit of a younger group of kids since it was for my son's 6th birthday. That being said he did get frustrated with my daughter when she pressed a wrong button on a controller, he yelled at my son (the birthday boy) to listen when he was excitedly talking, & he got upset with my Father-in-law when he brought my excited kids to peek inside when he was setting up. These instances are understandable however they could have been addressed in less harsh tone. The pros were Phillip was very communicative, punctual, always answered the phone, had a very clean truck and a great assortment of games & systems. He had fans in case the truck got warm, asked our preference for keeping the second door open or closed, remained in the truck the entire time never leaving the kids waiting and also had music and fun lights on. I would ultimately recommend and possibly hire again in the future. If you choose to hire Xtreme Mobile Gamez I highly recommend at the very least doing 3 hours. read more
