First time meeting was life changing! Talk to her on the phone first to schedule an appointment and once we met she gave me more than I asked for. I knew a lot about astrology coming in such as my Natal Chart, aspects, houses and how they affected me but she talked about what truly was important to watch out for and work on in my chart & what they meant/ how they really affected my life. Additionally, she introduced me to a second point return which gave me insight into my current situation in life and what's to come and what I've been feeling. I contacted Xtrology/Melanie in the middle of a very confusing period in my life. I found her website by accident and was impressed that she had taken the time to explain the background behind her methodology. I played a little bit with trying to make sense of my chart, but gave up quickly and contacted Melanie to make sense of everything for me. Not only did she do my chart, she also got into the charts of the people involved in the mess I had going at the time. I'm excited that Melanie finally got on Yelp, and is able to get the credit she deserves. In the summer of 2012 I was going through a rough patch, and I was seeking both clarity and direction. I've been to many Astrologers and Psychics, but up to that point, no one really impressed me. While doing research on Astrology, I came across a blog called Xtrology, which is Melanie's site. I started reading her posts and began to realize that her method of reading charts was so different than anyone else I had been to. On top of that she actually predicted events on her blog. She used celebrity examples and predicted certain things about them that came to pass. It was impressive. Melanie is a California gem. Upon meeting her, I instantly felt like she was an old girlfriend, someone I had known for ages whom I could talk about anything with. I have seen her many times since our first meeting in 2009 and we have developed a wonderful friendship. When we met, I was going through a rough spot, of course I didn't tell her this. I decided to book a reading with Melanie Myers after following her predictions on her blog, Xtrology.com, for about a year. I've studied astrology myself for years and can do basic readings, but she is unique. She posts predictions for famous folks that are spot on, so I wanted to know what she saw in my chart. I was pretty indifferent towards astrology prior to meeting Melanie. I was referred to her by a friend, who was a big believer in astrology.
