I use silver shield 2x daily for the interim and when I saw the orthopedic surgeon he was amazed that the injury showed no signs of infection. The product gets 5 stars. However when we called in to place and order and showed up to pick it up Joanne Lancaster was so rude and unhelpful making me feel like trash for even showing up to pick up our order. We put her out, her shipping department out. I will not place another order if I have to see Joanne again. When I walked in - she was busy talking to a friend on the phone and then when she told her friend to hang on for a moment and then had to tell her friend she'd have to call her back and proceeded to tell me how natures sunshine does work this way. that there was no one who could really help me and I felt like I had just caused the worst did service to her. Yet the person who placed my order was so polite, helpful and courteous. Not sure why Joanne is so rude but she should not be the one greeting people at the door. Terrible customer service skills. There is ample parking in the parking lot, when you enter someone's always there to say hello and it's my recommendation that you accept their offer to help you find what you're looking for... at least the first few times until you get your footing. As a smaller grocery store, they carry items that bigger grocery stores do not carry. I specifically went in here, looking for specialty salt, and I found it. I came in here looking for the brand "Real Salt" and I found it in different sizes! A smaller container used for table salt, and a bigger container to refill the table salt size. They also have a specific area that offers natural products like deodorant, and essential oils. I was pleasantly surprised that they had this section, and even had someone specifically standing in this area to help you look for something specific. But what really sold me "SOLD ME" on this store was finding milk in a glass bottle! I know that's kind of old school, but when it comes to milk, I'm all for "old-school" it should be served/it should come in a glass bottle - pretty nostalgic over here about my milk! As a little girl, the milkman used to come to the house delivering milk in a crate, and all in glass bottles. Some things are just done better in "old" ways in my opinion! And this milk, specifically STRAUS Family Creamery brand, OMG - this blew my mind! It was the BEST chocolate milk I've ever tasted. Like, EVER. Of course, it's organic. I'm an instant fan and will be coming back to this place, specifically for this glass-bottled-milk. LOVE IT!
