I highly recommend Xzact! The CTA has helped with chronic neck pain from a fusion; back and hip pain; and therapy for a total ankle replacement. Much better than a dr giving you a pain pill! read more

I would not use this facility. Ever again. Pt has responsibility of professional helping patients with needs. It is not what you get. Unprofessional front.desk, so many assistant pt running around what looking achieving not. Got a very creepy feeling by pt. read more

We have been open for 2 years and this is a family owned business. Our facility has more than tripled in staff and patients over the past 2 years.

Meet the Business Owner: Zachary M.

Zachary Michael was an athlete growing up. He suffered normal athlete injuries and always dreamed of being a physical therapist and having his own physical therapy clinic one day. After achieving his Doctor of Physical Therapy, he worked in a local therapy clinic before branching off on his own with a Home Health physical therapy company, Xzact Therapy Services. He is contracted with several surrounding area home health agencies offering physical therapy in the home setting. In 2014, he built and started Xzact Therapy and Aquatics finally fulfilling his life long dream.
