First month's experience was fine- my dosage was dropped without being consulted, which i thought was a little odd. I was told to monitor my pill count, and was made aware of their policies, which i thought were actually better than my previous doctor - for reference, i had been with my previous pain doctor for over 2 years, and never had any problems. However, in the second month, my count came up short, and it was not because i had taken or lost them, it was because i was given a 28- day supply, not a month's supply - there is a difference- some months are longer than others. I tried to make the PA understand this, but after consulting the doctor, i was discharged as a patient for "violating the opiod contract". After recovering from the shock of this, i called later to see if i could have enough medication until my new doctor appointment, because i remembered reading in the contract that they would be able to assist with this. I was berated over the phone and told, and i quote "withdrawal is not a life- threatening emergency". I have a health condition that can become life-threatening if my body becomes too stressed, and withdrawal would have pushed that over the edge. Once again, I was just shocked at being treated less than human. So now I felt people need to know this. Maybe this is the case with all pain doctors, i don't know, but this is ethically wrong, and i will not hesitate to warn anyone who asks me about this Clinic.

I had tests and CT scan completed and was able to have a diagnosis, medicine onsite as well as prescriptions to take with me and was still out in approximately an hour.
