We came into work this morning (Monday) to find our office phones not working. I made a call to Hugo, and he answered within the first couple of seconds. I explained to Hugo the issue we are having and was hoping he could come by today (on such short notice) and fix the issue. Thankfully, Hugo was able to stop by today and fix the issue! Hugo even showed us how to fix the issue if it were to happen again. Our phones are back up in running. We were always quoted a fair price for repair and never paid more than he quoted and most of the time ended up paying less. With my limited knowledge of computers, James could have easily charged me more money and given me a line about what's wrong with my computer (or my dads), but that is not his way.
