I took my daughter's phone in to have the screen repaired due to a black screen with green lines…read more Verizon referred me to this location, and I trusted the phone was fixed when I picked it up. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to unlock the phone at the time to verify it was working properly, and it remained locked for about an hour and a half. When my daughter finally used it, the screen had the same issue. I called and spoke with Nathan, who told me to bring it back in. I wasn't able to return the next day, so the phone stayed in my purse until Monday. When I went back, Leon and another employee accused me of breaking the screen. Instead of helping, they argued with me and refused to fix the issue. I later took the phone to another repair shop, where I was told that the screen appeared to be improperly installed, and possibly missing or loose screws. This could have caused the screen to crack later under pressure. I was also shown an error message on the phone indicating that parts were not recognized -- a sign of improper repair. Bottom line -- this place is unprofessional and dishonest. They failed to properly repair the phone, refused to take responsibility, and argued with me instead of helping. I would not recommend trusting them with your device.
