So, here is my review from a few months back: I have to write a recommendation for Michael Flores for flooring. I can't say enough good things about him. He works on his own because he is such a perfectionist and he does everything top notch. Even cuts that were going to be hidden by baseboard were cut to perfection. We had him lay laminate flooring on the whole bottom floor of our home. He found quite a few manufacturer defects on individual planks and pointed them out. I feel pretty sure that most other people would have just gone ahead and laid it. We were busy painting the interior of our home while he was doing the flooring and so we were working side by side with him. He is a really good guy and has become a friend to us. We would highly recommend him for his quality of work, his dedication, his communication and his just being a good person overall

Both ladies were knowledgeable and kind. They were attentive but not at all high pressure salespeople. We went to Great Floors later in the day to continue our research. Our experience there could not have been more different. The salesman was dismissive and rude. He then left us to look at the displays and never checked on us again. Great Floors had a larger selection, but most of displays lacked pricing information and no person there to answer our questions. We were the only people in the store. We haven't bought yet, but we ARE going back to IFS and working with Jennifer and Katie.

He was always prompt, thorough and respectful throughout the quoting process. Turns out this is very rare. Additionally, his pricing is fair and the bid was very clear, inclusive/complete and never changed throughout the process. We decided to go with Jeremy because of these things and could not be happier with the outcome. Every step of the process was outlined and followed. Jeremy was super easy to work with leading up to the project. He was more than willing to help us and work with us based on our needs. This was not "just another job" for them, and it showed.
