Even though my plan specifically says "No PCP required" the admin staff there do not know what to do and left it with "contact your insurance". Apparently, billing & claims has turned into rocket science. Again, nothing against the healthcare team, but the admin/support team needs all to be replaced with AI.

She was kind and caring, the type of doctor that you feel you have been at a doctor's appointment when you re done. I feel that she goes above and beyond for you if there is an issue. I had such an issue over the past 2 weeks with a skin irritation. After seeing several other doctors, and doing several blood tests for this, I walked in yesterday to pick up a prescription. She saw me, called me over and looked at my problem, then immediately sent me over to another skin specialist who was outside their practice( because of the weather the derm doctor had cancelled) to have a biopsy. Impressive?? I think so.A good doctor is hard to find, and Dr Cullinane is a true gem.

The main entrance is on the 2nd floor, then dr offices are on 3rd and 4th floor. To get there either use a very small elevator 3-4 ppl max or climb a spiral stairs. I hope they can do something to make this office more ADA friendly and elderly friendly.

If he wants people to trust him, he should be more transparent with prices and not take advantage of those that are trusting good hearted positive people. Need an internist and a GI specialist all in one? This is YOUR guy…read more He's very friendly. Chat's away. He's not your typical doctor. He avoids over medication. He doesn't medicate at a drop of a hat. He often will tell you about non prescription remedies, but then again, he'll sway you against too many vitamins. He'll cite various studies that you weren't aware of. He also cares about your health and shakes your hand everytime he sees you. He's not afraid to be direct with you in regards to your health. His staff? Also very friendly and greets you by name. Need copies of your payments for your health care reimbursement? No problem. They'll fax away to you. In and out. I rarely wait at all. Have tests done? They'll send a you a letter with the results. I like that. I can go back over the years and see how my cholesterol has changed, etc. Early appointments? HA! Not here. He likes to keep later hours. 10 am, on. However, his nurse practictioner can see you at earlier hours. He has a few offices and does GI diagnostics as well such as a gastroscopy. Private lot here that's free, but parking is TIGHT small angles spaces. You can take a bus here.

I decided to wait on the yellow fever vaccination until I spoke to my doctor. It turns out I am on immune suppressant steroid injections for my spine and my doctor advises against the vaccination because of this. I called back the nurse and she said they will not provide a waiver because she says the CDC website says the steroid dose does not qualify for a waiver. She had another nurse call me and she started right off with you don't qualify for a waiver. I asked why and she said the CDC website says it in their guidelines. I asked to see the CDC website where it states this and she said to look it up on Google. I asked for a letter from Passport Health saying they would not give me the waiver based of the CDC website data even though my doctor recommends it so I have recourse if I have a reaction. She said she won't do that. Passport Health would be happy to give me the shot for $445 but not a free waiver even if it is recommended by my doctor.

She also recommended treatment to prevent future cancers. The practice is well organized adn the medical assistants or scribes are very knowledgable and helpful. They even emailed me when I had some questions. I highly recommend this practice.
