Even though my plan specifically says "No PCP required" the admin staff there do not know what to do and left it with "contact your insurance". Apparently, billing & claims has turned into rocket science. Again, nothing against the healthcare team, but the admin/support team needs all to be replaced with AI.

My first eh moment was after I had been in a car accident...I did not realize my hand had broke in the accident until the next day... I called the office and was told to definitely come in and they will be able to do an X-ray there- well, after seeing a nurse practitioner( no dr) who told me that she honestly didn't think it was broken and also that apparently they only have ONE person to do the x-ray, and conveniently she was on vacation that week- SERIOUSLY!? The nurse also said I could go to the hospital "if I really wanted". Considering the swelling, bruising and severe amount of pain I was experiencing, I decided it was best to get an actual diagnosis. The minute I went in for an x-ray at Quincy medical center, the technician instantly looked at my hand and said "oh that IS broken" and then took the X-rays to confirm. Aside from the broken hand incident, most recently I have been completely and utterly appalled by the entire staff including my doctor at this facility. I have been on the same prescriptions for years and I just recently started seeing Dr Delgado, who I informed of all prior diagnosis, medications etc, and at first, she completely refused to re-prescribe medications I had been taking for years that have improved my quality of life- Soon after I made another appointment with her because I was experiencing side effects from not taking the medicines i have taken for years so I wanted to re-discuss things with her....she finally agreed to giving me only one prescription that I had previously been on and NO refills- So when I called the office and left a message on the prescription voicemail regarding having the script re-filled; nobody had the courtesy to call me back to say that they were not sending a re-fill!!!! I called again a week later, leaving another message asking them to please have dr Delgado at the very least call me back to discuss the re- fill. Once again absolutely no call back from anyone. I called back one final time in hopes that someone would answer or at least have the common courtesy to return my message and still nothing. To this very day nobody has ever returned those messages....absolutely despicable lack of any professionalism and I will never recommend this office to anyone

They have 2 stations for self check in. Nurses, docs, and lab staffs are overall professional. The check up room is also clean. The downside is the facility. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor, then dr offices are on 3rd and 4th floor. To get there either use a very small elevator 3-4 ppl max or climb a spiral stairs. I hope they can do something to make this office more ADA friendly and elderly friendly.

It is too soon to comment on the kybella etc, but my broken caps and sebaceous hyperplasia are gone. He did a thorough and excellent job. There are many "med spas" around who offer the same services. I made the mistake of going to one totally dishonest internal medicine person on Camp St. for broken capillaries who burned me for life. Although they maybe cheaper, you cannot trust their medical expertise whatsoever. I feel very confident in Dr. Reed's medical background and proficiency. Another plus is his reassuring, honest and kind personality. I would have given him 5 stars but I am from NYC- one of the foremost centers of cosmetic dermatology in the world and I am pretty spoiled!

Need an internist and a GI specialist all in one? This is YOUR guy…read more He's very friendly. Chat's away. He's not your typical doctor. He avoids over medication. He doesn't medicate at a drop of a hat. He often will tell you about non prescription remedies, but then again, he'll sway you against too many vitamins. He'll cite various studies that you weren't aware of. He also cares about your health and shakes your hand everytime he sees you. He's not afraid to be direct with you in regards to your health. His staff? Also very friendly and greets you by name. Need copies of your payments for your health care reimbursement? No problem. They'll fax away to you. In and out. I rarely wait at all. Have tests done? They'll send a you a letter with the results. I like that. I can go back over the years and see how my cholesterol has changed, etc. Early appointments? HA! Not here. He likes to keep later hours. 10 am, on. However, his nurse practictioner can see you at earlier hours. He has a few offices and does GI diagnostics as well such as a gastroscopy. Private lot here that's free, but parking is TIGHT small angles spaces. You can take a bus here.

I decided to wait on the yellow fever vaccination until I spoke to my doctor. It turns out I am on immune suppressant steroid injections for my spine and my doctor advises against the vaccination because of this. I called back the nurse and she said they will not provide a waiver because she says the CDC website says the steroid dose does not qualify for a waiver. She had another nurse call me and she started right off with you don't qualify for a waiver. I asked why and she said the CDC website says it in their guidelines. I asked to see the CDC website where it states this and she said to look it up on Google. I asked for a letter from Passport Health saying they would not give me the waiver based of the CDC website data even though my doctor recommends it so I have recourse if I have a reaction. She said she won't do that. Passport Health would be happy to give me the shot for $445 but not a free waiver even if it is recommended by my doctor.

She also recommended treatment to prevent future cancers. The practice is well organized adn the medical assistants or scribes are very knowledgable and helpful.
