I called them about it and they told me it would be going out that evening and would arrive Thursday. No apologies, and they never offered to tell me that we would be refunded for the delayed delivery. 30 days later I was able to visit my father again and he gave me the receipt (he's not good with picture taking on cell phoes, etc). So I called the store and they told me I had to request refund within 15 days. They could have told me the fist time I called them. Actually good service would have been to make sure UPS picked up the package the day it was dropped off!
