The only downside to all that stuff - much of which is toddler-friendly - is that I have to drag my child kicking and screaming from the store. My little one would spend hours with the Squishmallows alone! Since Cilla's closure, Amy's has been my go-to spot for cards and special or unique gifts (mostly for my girlfriends). I probably patronize this store at least once every 2 weeks. Thanks to the Hallmark Gold Crown program, I am constantly emailed extra coupons on top of my rewards dollars and the store usually provides me with a printed coupon each time I shop for the following month. In the years I have been shopping here, and my sincerest apologies for not writing a review sooner, I have yet to have a bad customer service experience. Each member of their staff has been knowledgeable and are always friendly when I stop in. It shares branding with Kohl's on the exterior of the building. There are two main entrances to the building. If you enter through the doors under the Sephora signage you will immediately see their store. it is no longer "opening soon" as it has been open for business for several months. The shelves are full of skin care, cosmetics, fragrances, lotions, nail polishes, hair care items and many other beauty products. The store is on the small side and appeared to have only one employee working at the time I visited but it appeared neat clean and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. The huge parking lot ensures you will always have a place to park your car, truck, RV, tractor trailer, etc... The lot is well maintained and kept free of debris. Entering and exiting the parking lot is very easy with multiple access points.
