On 11/19/22 at 2:17 PM, I stopped by this store to purchase a massage chair for my office set up. It cost me $109.50. I have a standard sized car. It's a KIA that fits 4 people. My car did not have the space to fit this massage chair. So they try to fit it in my trunk. They had trouble doing that and had to strap it down so it could safely be transported home. In the process of doing that, they straight up BROKE the hatch to my trunk. It wasn't until I got the massage chair home and got it out that I realized my trunk would no longer shut. You have no IDEA what I had to go through to get it fixed... When I was at home, I had to use a CEMENT BLOCK to keep the trunk shut because it was raining on a few days. After WEEKS of having to deal with this inconvience because of this stores incompancy I finally went to the KIA Dealership on 12/8/22 to get it repaired... Because of them, I was saddled with a bill of $216.06 for repairs/labor and a new hatch. This does NOT include the $45 I spent to get a rental car, or what it cost to fill up the tank before returning. Prior to this, I went back to this store to try to get them to fix the hatch because this was THEIR FAULT. Not only could they NOT repair it, they also tried to play it off like breaking my hatch wasn't their fault. So not only did I pay over $100 for the chair, but I ended up paying for effectively DOUBLE for the repairs to my car. I WILL NOT take this lying down. This business WILL accept responsiblity for their actions by footing this massive bill or I WILL press charges. Until then, enjoy this bad review on this business. When we visited last week, they had bath and kitchen cabinets, furniture, appliances, light fixtures, sinks and toilets, windows, siding, doors galore, flooring, and all sorts of paint, screws, nails, and much more. They had a section with furniture and a small assortment of kids toys and books. They had an idea area near the restrooms, and in it there was a shelf with hundreds of craft books. Mostly quilting when I was there, each for $2.00 or less. Staff was friendly and helpful.

3 years ago we purchased an expensive white quartz from " better marble"but Jeffrey of Trinity…read moreMarble installation quickly shipped the kitchen counter and backsplash slabs without having us inspect them...this was disappointing as I wanted to check the colour shade # to ensure it was what we had paid 19k for supply and Installation. Most of the installation went well except for a quartz counter seam that was discolorated and appeared to be from a different shade # and skew than the rest of the quartz we had paid for. Most concerning was the discoluration seam was highly noticeable and was located right in front of the counter island stool area. When i asked Jeffrey why he had ordered a different slab shade he denied it was a different. I took a photo of the shade number beneah the slab and sent it to him, but he did nothing to remedy this issue. In addition at the beginning, i asked Jeffrey to book match the quartz installation, but he did not install it book matched. We paid good money for the workmanship but. Ultimately we were cheated out of proper quartz materials we had purchased from both Trinity and Better Marble. Think twice before you decide to use these companies.

Don't buy their fastframe house product. Nothing fast about it and they manufactured the structure incorrectly and wanted the GC we hired to just fix it in the field and move on. I guess the engineered plans we paid 3500 for didn't matter after all. It seems the owners are out of touch with their business. All Cody care about is getting that money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Once they get your money, they won't return your calls on issues. Don't use them! There are other options out there like Troyers.
