On 11/19/22 at 2:17 PM, I stopped by this store to purchase a massage chair for my office set up. It cost me $109.50. I have a standard sized car. It's a KIA that fits 4 people. My car did not have the space to fit this massage chair. So they try to fit it in my trunk. They had trouble doing that and had to strap it down so it could safely be transported home. In the process of doing that, they straight up BROKE the hatch to my trunk. It wasn't until I got the massage chair home and got it out that I realized my trunk would no longer shut. You have no IDEA what I had to go through to get it fixed... When I was at home, I had to use a CEMENT BLOCK to keep the trunk shut because it was raining on a few days. After WEEKS of having to deal with this inconvience because of this stores incompancy I finally went to the KIA Dealership on 12/8/22 to get it repaired... Because of them, I was saddled with a bill of $216.06 for repairs/labor and a new hatch. This does NOT include the $45 I spent to get a rental car, or what it cost to fill up the tank before returning. Prior to this, I went back to this store to try to get them to fix the hatch because this was THEIR FAULT. Not only could they NOT repair it, they also tried to play it off like breaking my hatch wasn't their fault. So not only did I pay over $100 for the chair, but I ended up paying for effectively DOUBLE for the repairs to my car. I WILL NOT take this lying down. This business WILL accept responsiblity for their actions by footing this massive bill or I WILL press charges. Until then, enjoy this bad review on this business. I want everyone to know what this business did to me. If this company wants to foot the bill in full, I would be happy to review this negative review. But until then, this reviews stays.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Lenoir.  I am 81 years old and I have…read morepurchased several items from Lenoir over the years.  I purchased a sofa that was delivered during the height of the Pandemic.  The delivery drivers were not educated on the product and did not know how to bring the sofa through a standard size front door.  A panel should have been removed to allow the sofa to fit through the door.  Instead of removing the panel, they jammed the sofa through my door and damaged my door and tore the fabric on the sofa.  Lenoir initially indicated they would fix the problem (although at first that made light of the problem and acted like it was nothing).  After almost 9 months of complaining by me, they had the manufacturer send me material that may match the sofa.  However, Lenoir is not sending someone to repair the sofa with the fabric.  It is very disappointing that (i) they use delivery agents that are not educated on the product causing damage to my home and the product and (ii) they refuse to make thing right with a longstanding customer.

The sales lady was super friendly and gave me some quick tips on how to use it. I was thankful for her kindness. This is definitely the place for those who love the thrill of the hunt. They had some very cute things and some great finds. I will be back when it is a little cooler! Prices were reasonable and actually on the lower side when compared to other antique shops I have been to here in TN.
