I had an awful experience with Elektra. First off, she was super rude and completely unprepared for our consultation. She didn't even bother to review my form before the call, which made the whole thing feel like a waste of time. She didn't cover important aspects, gave me unclear answers, and didn't provide any new information that I didn't already know. To top it off, she literally ended the call without even finishing and is now refusing to give me a refund. The internet connection was bad, and I couldn't even hear her properly at times. Instead of acknowledging her poor service, she tried to make it seem like it was my fault that things weren't covered and even accused me of 'extortion' when I asked for a refund. Honestly, this was the most expensive and worst consultation I've had. I've spoken to a lot of lawyers recently, and this one was by far the worst.
