Crystal was super communicative and responded to my questions quickly and with accurate information. She gave me lots of options about sign content, but also took my ideas and ran with them, and it turned out great! She was able to set up the sign with less than a week's notice, and during a holiday, which was a pleasant surprise. She let me know when she was going to set it up, and sent a photo right away.
