Weeks of excuses, only showed up once when he said he was going to. Left us hanging after 2 weeks…read moreof excuses and gave his word he would come in the morning. Didn't show! Left us with a husband who can't mow because of foot surgery and wife with cancer to figure out other arrangements after not showing for 3 weeks.. Don't use, he will let you down and leaving you paying HOA fees because he had to take his sister's cat to the vet... (our lawn takes 20 min to mow if that!). Doesn't deserve the 1 star

Then other day though I asked when he would be by and he said probably be by Wednesday because he just picked up a large job and had a vehicle or 2 broken. I understand stuff happens. After texting and asking Wednesday evening if he would be by I was ignored and my text was left on read. I understand if people got stuff going on and what not but being a customer and being ignored is not ok. Keep that in mind if you hire them.
