Fair but questionable dependability and unorthodox business practices. I got them from Home…read moreAdvisor for a house power washing job and painting my back door. Over all, they did a good job with the power washing and painting but they walked over and kicked over my landscaping edging in at least 10 places after me reminding them to be careful. I spent 45 minutes after they left replacing the stones. A little annoying after the fine speech from them about their attention to details. However, I got a shock when I went outside a second time to give further instructions and caught their man urinating against the side of my house. (You can't make this stuff up!). I said why don't you come inside like everyone else and use the toilet. He said, "this was quicker". Had it been a tree, I would have been more forgiving but the side of my house??? What the heck! My 9 yr old niece was visiting and my wife was just inside. Had it been one of them who witnessed this, I would have thrown them out and maybe called the police for indecent exposure. So, that right there was strange to say the least. I attributed this incident to the hired help and hoped it was an isolated incident. The power washing itself was a quality job and the price was right for $300. About 2 months later, I had a big paint remodel job come up and since they had said painting was their mainstay and power washing was the sideline, I thought I would get an estimate from them. Twice we scheduled an appointment and twice they NO Showed with no phone call. The first NO show, I called them and they said "I know we said early morning but that means up to 3 pm for us". Again, you can't make this stuff up. Real life is crazier than fiction! The second NO show, I did not bother to follow back up. I got my answer through their actions: Not dependable and not professional. In the Age of Technology, one can text, email or call 24/7 so really not reasonable to not timely communicate with a customer. Their business card does not state an address so I can't say whether this a full time business or part time one or whether they work out of their home or an office. What I will say is that the one job they did for me was satisfactory but the professionalism of the hired help was lacking and the dependability of the firm highly questionable. I would not recommend them. I would find another for your project.
