After three treatments, very reasonable in cost, the lawn was looking pretty good. After the fourth, weeds crept back in, and after two weeks, we called for a retreatment. and called and called, voice messages left. and emailed. Not one response. After the fifth or sixth time, and long past the next regularly scheduled treatment, emailed the parent company. They assured me by return email that local owner Joe Dowd would call me back and make it right. Well, zip, zero, nada, never a call or visit. And this year we're subjected to vast mass marketing for them, mail and email, coupons, etc and the unsubscribe link doesn't work. So, no end in sight. Beware
