I did have to use a translator a few times, but if he didn't understand, he definitely asked questions and was very understanding. I contacted Lawn Doctor about the dead areas and brown spots. They quickly identified the problem and provided me with a recommended treatment plan. I opted for their Power seeding treatment for the lawn which was supposed to infuse seed into my sod this would would make the lawn fuller and help fix the dead spots. 2 weeks after this service was performed my lawn was back. All the dead spots had grass again. By late October my lawn looked beautiful. I will continue using Lawn Doctor for my lawn maintenance as they are both affordable and knowledgeable. I had already paid these people. If they had come out to do an assessment first I would not have wasted my time, my stamp or my check sending these people a payment. Worst service ever. I should have read reviews before trying to deal with these people.
