Everything is tight, level, and have excellent cuts. 2) Pricing - They weren't the cheapest, but the least expensive quote for this quality. Don't hire the cheapest... All responded without delay. 4) Marketing and sales - Excellent use of Facebook ad, great sales presentation, perfect initial consultation. Some improvements - 1) Job site cleanup after the workday and maintaining a tidy work area. There were cut pieces of stone all over the yard which took me several hours to remove. 2) Don't use a loader to scoop granite from the concrete driveway. There are a lot of scrapes and pits in the concrete now. 3) The job was never finished 100%. There is a wall cap that never got cut and the drain for the patio extension was never added.

The day the driveway was being sealed it began to rain and instead of stopping, the crew continued in the rain. As a result, the Polysand never set properly. The owner had explicitly stated that the conditions must be dry for the proper setting of the material. The next summer weeds grew through the pavers. We contacted PaverScapes to have them reseal the pavers. That summer came and went. All the while, they were promising to come fix it. The first excuse was he would redo it when he had another job in the neighborhood. We spoke to him when he was here in the neighborhood and he again said that he would fix it.
