I travel a lot so I have to rely on Toyota for service. I had the car serviced here last summer and the quality of their service was ok then, (but still not in the usual manner Toyota would treat a long time customer). Not so this year. Communication was kept at less than a minimum. My questions were hardly answered. They just couldn't be bothered with me, especially the attendant who brought me the bill and my keys. His standard answer to my standard questions, like Did I need tire rotation? How are my tires? Anything I should know? Did you check the tire pressure? was I don't know, I don't know, I don't know. I just hope they knew how to change the oil! Return I will not.
