I paid $1000 to have some trees removed along with stumps, these guys came and did it and left a huge mess and mulch everywhere. When I removed all the mulch, under it was the stumps along with huge amount of roots still there, not properly removed. These was also a lot of regrowth of all the trees because of that. I had to pay another company another $500 to have them cleared. The roots weren't even inside the ground, they were all surface roots which shows these guys are lazy and don't care. When I contacted them to request if they could come fix it, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and stopped responding to messages. Photos in comments for proof. John responded quickly to my request for a quote which was very reasonable. His advise and knowledge of plant choices was first rate. Always arriving when he said he would and leaving everything impeccably tidy, he and Dean did an awesome job restoring my garden to its former glory. He went out of his way to organise quotes for restoring a timber structure over my fernery, sourced high quality plants and did everything he said he would quickly and without fuss.
