Lee also enacts unnecessary and made-up barriers that dissuade potential buyers from viewing his listings. Their marketing is subpar even for luxury listings...really nothing that sets them apart except for being difficult to work with. In a world with a glut of real estate agents, you would be better off looking elsewhere.
