We got a couple estimates and his estimate seemed like a good price. His experience showed when pointing out things we needed but hadn't considered (for example, better drainage for rain). And he was consistently amenable to meeting extra requests too (like an underground pipe for routing wires through the yard). There were a couple things I particularly liked about Antonio. First he was consistently jolly and a pleasure to be around. Even my 2-year-old was always happy to see him! Second, he cared about doing a good job. Small things would inevitably go wrong... For example, the artificial turf we wanted to install was out of stock or the shape of the pavers was slightly off. He put in the extra work to help us find alternatives and make sure the results were to our liking. In the end, we love our new yard and are trying to hire Antonio to handle other projects for us!

We wanted to replace the tile in the front entry and hallway with Brazilian Cherry hardwood to…read morematch/blend in the existing Brazilian Cherry floors (from 20 years ago) in our living room and family room. Alberto's crew did an efficient job of removing the baseboards with minimal damage so they could be reused. They took care to mask off the rooms off the hallway to minimize dust in the rest of the house. Alberto took care to carefully check the board layout to insure the best looking transitions between the existing hardwood floors and the new hallway floor before he nailed down any boards. He also provided different options for the hallway turns before we picked out our preference. Alberto finished the floor in place and the dustless sanding lives up to its name. Alberto stained the floor to match which was amazing since the other companies who quoted said that they could not match and the new floor would stick out next to the old floors. A little touch up paint on the baseboards and Alberto's team did the reinstall. The new hallway turned out great. He communicated well during the whole process since we had a vacation gap in the middle of the job. I highly recommend Alberto for installing hardwood floors!

He walked the exterior of my home, examined the entire process, sent me a quote and we scheduled the service dates. I picked my colors i explained i wanted certain trims painted and other left alone to match the base color. He paid close attention to my requests. He let me know upfront that his business is not licensed but they were insured. I was oaky with that since the lrice was more than reasonable. Im now refering his business to my mom which also will want her house painted soon. All and all, his family run business delivered excellent quality service.
