The receptionist who initially received my call was polite and informative. She arranged for an appointment with a sales representative named Joe Kelly. Joe demonstrated professionalism, offered valuable insights on the concrete coating, and possessed excellent communication skills. He visited my residence to provide an estimate on Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I was particularly pleased with their availability, as I was in the process of relocating to a new home and sought to expedite the project. On Monday, the concrete crew arrived punctually, introduced themselves--Jose, Cody, and Alan--and provided me with an estimated timeframe for the concrete coating process. My experience with Lancaster painting was amazing from beginning to end. I used them for my kitchen cabinets . The estimator was great at showing me samples and working with my budget and getting me a competitive estimate. The crew leader Jose came and went over everything with me before the job started so I knew what to expect. The team was great in my home they protected everything and were mindful of my space, my belongings and kept everything tidy daily. They also worked with me on making my refrigerator available to ease going through the process with a toddler. They took their time to make sure I had amazing results. I didn't end up using Lancaster Painting . They were a little bit higher than a previous bid I had gotten from another company. However, I really appreciated Tobias the sales rep that came out. He was extremely knowledgeable, very likable and it sounds like they would do a top-notch job. My project was utility room cabinets and while I want a good job done on them, I wasn't looking at quite the level and extensive job he explained that Lancaster would provide. We called Lancaster painting because they were a reputable company in the area and have been around for a long time. After speaking to Kimberly Beede I was pretty confident that my job was going to get done and it was going to be great. I was wrong they charged me for a painter for the day program which gave me two Painter's for four hours to get a job done. My job could have easily been completed in those four hour had the painters not decided to take an early lunch break and start eating sandwiches on my front yard. Then came upstairs and had the nerve to tell me they were going to charge me for a couple extra hours because they didn't know that they were supposed to paint my hallway but yet they painted one side of it. Do yourself a favor and go to Facebook marketplace to find good work. The smaller businesses seem to take more pride than the bigger company (Lancaster painting)pictures show how they left my house. The yellow is the original ***In response to owners reply*** We reached out multiple times to have you guys make it right but conveniently every time my wife or I called, we were told "the manager is on a conference call" so after hearing that the third time in a row we just stopped calling in hopes the manager would actually call us back! They do not back their work. Very sad. Would give them a zero if I could. We have had a lot of work done by them and had planned to have more. Our patio is under warranty and needed to be redone but they said it was a cleaning issue. I feel the only reason they ended up reaching out to us, after ghosting me for over a month, was because of this review. Anyone that knows me knows I am a clean freak. Had my interior of my house and cabnets painted and it looks like a brand new house! We orignally just wanted the walls painted but they told us they also paint cabnets and we went for it. Such an upgrade! The process of picking paint colors and setting a date went smooth with Kimberly other than her being out if state could only contact her in the morning but she made it happen and even tried to contact us as late as possible in the day to make it convenient for us. Hari, Alex, and team treated me and my home with respect. They even were mindful that I worked nights and sleep in the day and were very quiet to let me sleep even when working right outside of my bedroom door. Before they finished they made sure I was happy with all work, and fixed anything I pointed out which wasn't a lot. I just bought my first home and hired Lancaster to paint all interior walls. When I initially called them for a quote, I only wanted to paint the walls of the 3 bedrooms (I have a 3bed/2bath house). They me know it would be about 2 to 3 weeks before the job would be able to be completed. When Heriberto came out to actually do the quote and I let him know that I was looking for the paint job to happen sooner, he let me know that he would talk to his supervisor to see if there was any chance that it could happen sooner. I had gotten a quote from another local guy and Heriberto actually followed up with me to see how the other quote went. During that conversation, I realized I wanted the whole house interior painted (meaning all the interior walls) rather than just the three bedrooms. Heriberto came out the very next day and gave me another quote for the whole interior. He also let me know that they would be able to come out the following week to do the job rather than having to wait two or three weeks. I was pleasantly surprised by this and ended up going with Lancaster to do the job due to their reputation, professionalism, and warranty. It got even better because on the day when I let them know that I was going to go with them they let me know that they might be able to come out that same week rather than having to wait until the next week. By the time I dropped off the deposit the next day, I got confirmation that the paint job would happen the two days following. Essentially from the initial quote to the finishing of the job was only a 6 day period. Heriberto came out Monday June 15th for the first quote & came out again Wednesday the 17th for the second quote, I dropped off the deposit Thursday the 18th, and the paint job started Friday the 19th and was completed Saturday the 20th. It was perfect! The walls look incredible, and I am so happy I went with Lancaster. If you ever want a quote from them, make sure you ask for Heriberto.
