Since switching to Primrose she has had a total change in her attitude- she is much happier during the week, often talks about her activities at daycare, and no longer gets upset when it's time to go to daycare. The teachers all seem kind and well trained, and consistently use age appropriate language and positive reinforcement (that was a major issue at her previous daycare- I often heard raised voices and negative tones when I was coming in for pick up). There's a mixture of guided activities and self directed play, and all the kids seem engaged. They have an on-site kitchen and my daughter, who is normally a picky eater, enjoys all of the food. The hours are great and the prices are very reasonable for the area. We feel good about the care and education our daughter gets here which is such a relief as a parent.
