He was very nice and we had good conversation for our ride. I also booked him for pickup at the airport on my return flight which had a delayed arrival time by 45 minutes . Mike kept a watch on my flight and he knew about the delay,this is a service that using an Uber or Lyft does not provide to my knowledge. His van was clean and roomy as well and he drove safely.
