I called them on Saturday 5/14 to advise them that cab number 14 was being unsafe on Rt 42 near shop rite. The dispatcher hung up on me and continued to hang up on me and keep the phone off the hook all day. I was trying to keep people safe and save a driver's job but screw that...they stink. Look, life happens and I get it, but if I'm calling your business to schedule a ride several hours prior, do you think maybe possibly it's important - for me - to get where I'm going? And is it altogether unfair and unreasonable of me to expect your trashy-ass dispatcher, who has my call-back number, to let me know that no cab will be showing up instead of making me wait until it's too late to call for another cab's services? I called looking for a taxi to the new casino. The dispatcher was rude and unwelcoming. Customer service was atrocious. 1 hour wait while all other taxi services had 15 mins or under wait times. Worst taxi service I've encountered. read more

If the option to give -1 star or 0, yellow cab would definitely deserve either. The cabs are filthy, no air conditioner in the summer, and no heat most times in the winter. Most of the cars are broken down with no mechanic most days to fix them or they had only 1 or 2 drivers on the road. There were days they were forced not to open because they had no drivers. Very few cab drivers are pleasant, and most dispatchers are nasty. Nonetheless, this company went out of business a week ago and the way it did so was cruel, without warning or consideration to workers and customers. Unfortunately, this was the only 24 hours cab service in the area as dirty and short staff it may have been. So, people that work overnight and require a cab to get to work are screwed unless they have someone that can transport them. Sometimes the two cabs that operate in the morning in this area are not available because they are booked up with medical calls. So again, the persons that work overnight would have to know someone that can pick them up or take them to work or elsewhere, walk if it is not a long distance, or stay home and wait until a ride is available. The owner of yellow cab is a millionaire, so what does he care about the poor and unfortunate? read more

This is the worst taxi to call for any type of service! Whomever the male dispatcher is (yes I know his name but it's not worth mentioning) is one of the rudest individuals I've come across in a long time. He always has an excuse and then he gets borderline hostile with a potential customer! The main excuse he uses is " I only have one cab so if you need a ride you're just gonna have to wait the hour and a half." THEIR SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE! If there was a way of posting a negative negative for this business I would give a negative 1,000!!! First of all I live in Monticello,NY 12 months a year! I'm here I'm contributing to this business all year long! Because the " summer people " come here from Memorial Day until Labor Day The businesses here cater to the Jewish people, LITERALLY!! I've been told by the dispatchers they had to tend to the camp first even though I called First! So imagine how irritated I am and the people who butter the businesses bread all year long feel. So tonite which is what brought me to this site and my disappointment and anger this evening is out of bounds!!!! Myself and 2 of my friends all went to do grocery shopping together. When we were finished we patiently waited 50 minutes for them to come scoop us from the store. Fine we know how busy summer is, we amuse ourselves and talk and whatnot until the cab comes. THIS DRIVER pulls up and before one grocery bag hits the floor of the cab this RUDE DISRESPECTFUL DRIVER starts running his mouth talking all kinds of trash and rudeness to my friends and I. We all live in the same complex. This dude ASSUMES we're trying to " get over " in his words!! Not one of us in that vehicle was looking to " get over" on anyone. And to think about it, no one can " get over" in his words because he has to call it in anyway to the rude and disrespectful dispatcher . He talked so much trash that he made a saved man want to pop him in his disrespectful mouth! So if you're a year long resident in Sullivan County brace yourselves for the nonsense and rudeness of these drivers that WE BUTTER THEIR BREAD all year long! read more

do not use these cabs. they are shady and dont feel safe. they came to pick us up and then brought us to their "office" (out of the way) to pay the bill before finishing the ride. that is not normal (you should pay after the ride is complete). driver stopped midway at a mcdonalds and left us in car to use the "bathroom". it did not feel like a safe ride. please be careful. read more

My daughter relies on taxi service to and from work. When a dispatcher says 20 to 30 minutes and your cab shows over an hour later it is unacceptable. There is no need to call an hour and a half before your shift to get there just as you need to clock in... she could have walked there faster. This is not the first time this has happened. Take your business to Sureway... at least if you tell them you're headed to work they attempt to get you there on time! read more
