During the sessions there's a white board to document the problems work and after they send a link to review those document and the video recording of the tutor and you working the problems. They only complaint I had was sometimes the documents would get cut off at the bottom. My tutor, Charles Walker, was awesome patient and kind. He knew his stuff on the when it came to Calculus and I would recommend him to anyone struggling with Calculus.

My daughter did verbally but that was not recognized and they will not refund my $600.00. So, the low rating is for billing and customer service, not the actual tutors.
