My family and I will take any opportunity for a treat, so when I was "in" for the Batch Baked Goods event, I planned to bring them along. I don't know that they needed any more sugar, since my wife and son were already pretty hyper, but we loaded up anyway. Shout out to the lovely staff who made recommendations and put up with our unruly shenanigans when we visited. Cool idea but the literal slowest service I was standing next to the checkout for 10 mins before I was addressed. I love that they have options for take home rolls I wish I could take home the orange roll because it's literally so delicious. I think the more this place gets busy they may work out the kinks. I'll use any excuse to indulge in a couple of sweet rolls from Batch Baked Goods! I have to say, of all the new sweet roll shops that have been popping up around town, Batch Baked Goods takes the cake (er...roll). They're soft, fresh, warm, and flavorful. Since first trying BBG back in 2021, the rolls have only gotten better with time. I won't hold it against the shop, but I always seem to get the staff member that isn't in the mood to talk to customers. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and I asked for recommendations but didn't get much of an answer. (It was first thing in the morning, so maybe they're not a morning person.) Fortunately, the menu was easy to navigate so I was able to place my order with ease. Thanks for the event opportunity! This was my first time coming here and let's say I'm so glad I did! I'm very picky about my cinnamon rolls because my grandma makes the best, but these are a very close second! I got the classic cinnamon with cream cheese and it was so fresh and yummy. I love the cream cheese frosting. I'll definitely be going back to try more flavors soon. (Vanilla glaze, cream cheese, and orange Icing) Lots of big, creative cookies too! I had a cinnamon roll (no skimping on the cinnamon here) with vanilla glaze and a biscoff cookie. Tried the coconut lime roll, it was good but I'll be honest I've had better store bought cinnamon rolls than this. I got the Biscoff roll . This was really good it had a lot of Biscoff spread & a cookie on top . The sweet roll was served warm. It was soft & doughy . This location is really clean & decorated cute . They have a good variety of flavors & offer cream cheese frosting & butter cream frosting . The rolls are big enough to share . Thanks to Yelp and Batch Baked Goods for this wonderful event! I am blown away by the quality of the products. The employee explained that the toppings to the cookies and rolls were put on freshly, so it would take them a little bit to create. When I bit into the biscoff cookie, I felt transported to a realm of delicious, gooey biscoff drizzle inside the cookie! The classic cream cheese cinnamon roll was the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. It was warm and soft with delicious cream cheese frosting on top! I love cream cheese frosting and usually will only eat the roll with frosting, but this roll was tasty enough to eat on its own. The staff was absolutely awesome, and I hope the manager and owner read this review so the people working on June 25 around 3PM can receive recognition for their superior service. They were so incredibly friendly, helpful, and fun. They acted like they truly enjoyed their work and wanted to share the sugary goodness with the public. They also explained that guests can purchase the dough for cookies or rolls to bake at home. If you do this, you can also get the cream cheese with the purchase, and you can get other toppings to go upon request. The atmosphere was well kept: clean and neat. I wanted to try their birthday cake cookie today, but I will need to save that for another trip as I'd purchased a box of four! This was such a yummy experience! Thank you to Yelp Elite for organizing this! I came midday during my lunch break on a weekday, and got a delicious and warm biscoff roll. I had all intentions of saving it to eat as dessert later, but WOW it was so beautifully presented and was WARM. It smelled heavenly and I ended up eating half of it right away. The texture was so perfect, and so was the taste. It was not overly sweet, and it had the perfect amount of biscoff cookie butter. I was so happy with my selection. The staff here were also so friendly, and the bakery was clean. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was going to love whatever I ordered. Was a bit disappointed in this event. When I walked into the store the employees acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I told them I was there for the event. Then one employee finally said I could get a free cinnamon roll if I ordered something else. Thats not what the event said would happen, so even though I only had to pay $5, it was annoying because I thought I was going to be able to just get a free treat. The cinnamon rolls were delicious though. Would definitely buy them again. Just wished the employees would have been briefed on the fact that the elites would be coming in. read more

Thank you so much for this event! The manager(?) was super chatty and friendly. He was training someone so it took awhile to get my food but it's okay. I had time. He said if I didn't like the imperfect frosting from the trainee they could make me a new one but of course I didn't mind. My kids were raving about their Oreo and cinnamon rolls. And I got a gluten free chocolate chip cookie because it's their only gluten free item. I had very low expectations. But then it was quite tasty! And doughy in the middle. Very good! Oh! This Batch location was very easy to find.  Squished between a couple other businesses/ places to each/ coffee shop. We went on Saturday afternoon. Greeted right away and employees were very friendly. We choose a regular cinnamon roll and a cookies and cream one. We took them home but there were a couple tables there if u wanted to eat it asap. The rolls were great! We enjoyed them as our dessert that evening. My boys liked the classic one best especially with the cream cheese frosting. Sweetness overload! First I want to say thanks for the opportunity to attend this Yelp Elite experience. It was super yummy. Now on to my review, upon walking in at 11am on Saturday. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I was not greeted. She stood behind the register just giving me and my family looks. I smiled and was friendly despite her cool demeanor. Once we'd decided what rolls and cookies we wanted to purchase on top of the free one, mind you she didn't come over even once to ask if we'd been in before or to help make recommendations. I walked over to the register and said hi, I'm here for the yelp event and she acted snotty and said "what?, oh you mean the free thing, do you have proof?" And I was a little surprised as normally the event has a list and checks off our names. I had to pull up my email and show her that I'd gotten into the event and then she said in a slightly snotty voice that I could pick any item roll or cookie for free. I was very nice and gracious. I gave her our order, asking for the cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting for the free one and said I'd also like to purchase an orange roll and an Oreo cookie. She then rang me up and I paid for my extras. She walked away and said those would be out soon. She assembled the items and placed them each in a plastic container. She didn't say thanks or have a good day. Nothing friendly was said and good customer service was not exhibited the entire time. While I was waiting for my order another lady walked in and a different girl was called to come up to the register from the back to help. She was much more friendly to the new customer. I overheard her say she was there for the Yelp experience and the girl was friendly and helpful and told her she could pick any item for free. She didn't make her show proof and as I was leaving I observed the lady buying the same amount of items but getting them packaged in a nice box together rather than having to carry all the small boxes. It was really odd to witness such different experiences. I didn't go in just to get my free treat but planned on supporting the local and newer business by buying a couple extras. I even left a tip although later wishing I hadn't. The baked goods were tasty but pretty pricey at $5 each but semi-comparable to other baked goods places. The customer service is extremely lacking. Honestly not sure I'll be back as a repeat customer. read more

I arrived to the store pretty late, like right before closing, like a real jerk. The staff was still very friendly, so for this, kudos! I got the biscoff cookie. We are so glad we found this place because it is delicious! We got the cream cheese cinnamon roll and the sugar cookie. My main complaints about cinnamon rolls are that they are too dry and have too little frosting, and this cinnamon roll was everything I could dream of! It wasn't dry at all and the frosting ratio was perfect for a cream cheese frosting lover like me. The sugar cookie wasn't dense like the other sugar cookies on the market and instead had a larger crumb, which was different and fun. It had more of a homemade taste and the rainbow frosting was so fun for my kids. We will be back! Thank you so much! read more

I was surprised how big this place is! From the outside it doesn't look very big but it's a decent sized place. They have a cute little seating area with a few tables and a cute wall thats decorated. A lot of these similar bakeries don't have seating inside so I thought that was nice. They have napkins, forks, and knifes right next to the tables which was also nice and convenient. They have lots of different flavor choices for both cookies and cinnamon rolls. I decided to go with a simple cinnamon vanilla roll. I was thinking the cinnamon roll would be seved warm but mine was cold. The middle of the roll was gooey and under cooked and it didn't have a lot of frosting. The frosting was more of a glaze and I personally prefer more of a frosting. I will say the vanilla flavor was delicious! It was a very strong vanilla and I loved that. The texture of the cinnamon roll wasn't my favorite. It's more of a dense dough and I prefer more of a fluffy dough. The price is a little high for one what you get in my opinion, $4.99 per roll. If I come back again I will definitely try a different flavor and see if that changes my opinion. I noticed they have take and bake options for a pan of classic cinnamon rolls and cookie dough which is a fun option. Thanks to the Yelp Elite experience, we got to check this place out right when it opened at 10 AM. We were excited to try the cinnamon buns, and they didn't disappoint! I got the rainbow cookies for the kids, and we also tried the cream cheese cinnamon bun and the Biscoff one. They were delicious and definitely on the sweeter side, so keep that in mind. As for the rainbow cookies, my kids found them too sweet and didn't eat them. On the customer service side, the lady who helped me was a bit rude. When I mentioned I was there for the Yelp Elite experience, she just said, "I figured" and didn't offer any recommendations or explain what was good. Since it was our first time there, I had to ask for suggestions and clarify what we could get for the Yelp Elite offer. Overall, the buns were great, but the service could use some improvement. read more

I had a little bit of a different experience than some of the others. I walked in and no one greeted me, more just a stare and confusion of what I walked into their location. Once I said hi and said something about Yelp event, she's made me feel a little stupid about being there. After ordering - there was no 'thanks! That will be right now' it was just like a trail off of the interaction and then another girl said here you go. Customer service gave me a realllllly weird and unwelcoming vibe. I got the Oreo and cream and orange cinnamon role. Both were incredibly sugary. The Oreo and cream's topping tasted like straight butter and I even had a hard time washing my hands after because the butter was so thick on my hands. The orange was better but just as sugary, less butter tasting. I think it's a good idea and maybe the cookies are better but this wasn't my favorite. read more

A solid spot for all of your cinnamon roll needs. Think of Crumbl, but for cinnamon rolls instead of cookies. While there are a couple of tables, this is definitely a grab-and-go kind of place. First and always, thank you Yelp and Batch Baked Goods for hosting this Yelp Elite week for us. It's always so nice to be able to have a personable visit and a little preview of what is to come for an upcoming business. I also appreciate Week events because my schedule isn't always Event friendly. During my visit, I noticed that the shop wasn't fully unpacked and 100% ready yet, which is understandable since they are on the newer side. They have a large kitchen area and small area for seating next to the fun light-up wall. The two employees who were working were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They let me walk around and take pictures as well. I redeemed the cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and also bought a biscoff one. I try to buy one thing I'd like to try whenever there's a Yelp Event that gives us a freebie so I can support the shop. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE cream cheese, but it was a lot on the cinnamon roll that I was starting to scrape it off because it was so overpowering. The biscoff cinnamon roll was amazing, that one was best served warm for sure. I think the only problem I had was that the dough seemed a little undercooked as it was doughy and chewy.
