I'll start off by saying Im a professional drummer and ultra runner. I go on long tours with bands and run trail races. (Longest being 50 miles) I love what I do but my body isn't a big fan. I've been suffering from chronic sciatic pain for over 5 years now and I have tried multiple PTs, Massage therapists, and chiropractors.
