Furthermore, The customer service of some staff is appalling. We went in today to talk about the diminishing battery performance on a three-year-old MacBook Air and was told Point Blank we needed to upgrade to a new MacBook Air or have the battery replaced at our own cost, As the device is now outside 24 warranty ( The battery had been diminishing for the past 12 months) The Genius Mark and the manager David were so unhelpful and basically ushered us out of the store... Absolutely appalling, I look forward to the demise of this horrible brand and the rise of a new entrant
