After numerous run around calls. He says he sent it to the wrong customer. Pretty big oops if you ask me. He also sounded. Spaced out if I had to put it into words. It was the middle of the working day. Not sure. Many employees there sound very much like him. I would be careful with your money around this company. I'm posting this anonymously because this company has a reputation of raising prices on difficult customers. Which is why my buddy who referred me pays much less than I do for hosting. Very shady business practices where prices change depending on who you are.
