They have bothered me for the past few years and seemed to be getting worse even though I now slathered on the sun screen. Long story a little longer, recently, I discovered IPL treatments. I found Kathy and went for a consultation. She at the time she offered a discounted first-treatment on IPL so I was ready immediately and she got to work on me. The treatment began with ultrasound gel all over my face and continued with what can only be described as hot rubber band snaps and bright red lights to every inch of the gel mask (Really not unbearable, just very different and annoying). It ended with what felt like a bad sunburn that lasted the next few hours. After a week and a half of coffee ground-looking freckles, the damaged spots have fallen away and the sun spots are gone (after one treatment). Yay! I am sharing because it has made me sooooo happy, but also because I want others to know about it; know they don't have to live with the unsightly sun damage; know that it isn't outrageously expensive to correct AND so that anybody who has had this problem can be happy with me! IPL may not work for everyone, but I wanted to share because I love reading about how other people (though usually celebrities and bloggers) achieve amazing skin. Hope it helps someone anyway!

Independence location denied a 99.00 refund though I bought a year program for over 900.00…read more Scammers. Why would I quibble over 99.00 bucks but these thirsty rip off artists want to keep it and not provide proof of anything. Summary: 10/3/25 joined program, paid 99.00 more for medical upgrade to include the semaglutide. The nurse practitioner first off didn't return my call to schedule appt until 4 days had past then set it out for almost 3wks. I filled out the paperwork required and gave me Care Credit Card info as I had done to join the program. It was a selling point to me to get a 'no interest' period. Drive 45 min to the in person appt and the practitioner was a no show. She was even supposed to be at that location for 6 hours and starting 9am per one of the employees and hadn't even shown up by my 11am appt. She then looks in the computer and says appt was cancelled and no idea when or why. Of course I contact my counselor and I tell her I am not happy and I want to cancel the semaglutide medical upgrade and she then tells me that the medical is separate from the program and I would need to seek refund from the practitioner. Finally reached the practitioner, claims she called me that morning twice, emailed and texted and left voice mail. (NONE OF WHICH I HAVE OR WHY WOULD I HAVE DRIVEN 45 MIN FOR THE APPT!!!) She tells me i have to go back to my counselor for the refund so I was then forced to compete a form to submit to management and they responded 10 dys later that it was denied and suggested I recontact the practitioner to set up the drug. I mean, are you kidding me? You took the money, you can't provide the service and won't provide me proof of attempted contacts, you wait til the morning of the appt to reach me??? What a joke. How thirsty are they for fighting over 99 bucks for something I didn't receive. I haven't even bothered to return to purchase further products on my program because these people are straight up crooks.
