tl;dr: Stanley, the owner, is a great and helpful plumber, I highly recommend him: -Gave us a competitive quote in advance when I contacted him by phone and email, and provided pictures -We paid exactly that amount by credit card without any upsell -He showed up on time, same day -He had all the equipment and material he needed to complete the job (even a facemask - this was done during COVID-19) The drain pipe on our kitchen sink was corroded and cracking, so we needed that replaced (it was also clogged). Since we were getting a plumber in, we decided to lump in snaking on 3 other drain lines since it was cheaper to get everything done all at once. We had contacted ten different plumbers (I might've been excessive) for a quote to do the work, including in it details of exactly what we needed to get done and pictures of the corroding pipe. We got a large variety of responses, some refused to provide quotes at all citing different reasons such as "only on-site no obligation quotes" (this doesn't fly with us during COVID-19, thanks) or leaving the material cost variable without any suggestion on price (red flag, even though I specified which piping needed to be replaced and provided pictures). We also had a lot of difficulty getting quotes from many of these other plumbers despite providing clear pictures of the problem piping and describing what needed to be replaced. In contrast, Stanley provided an exact quote in advance using the photos and information we had sent him, which is the exact amount we paid (we're always wary of upcharging). His pricing was very competitive amongst the five plumbers we received quotes back from. He services condos, which we found not all plumbers are willing to do. He adeptly completed the work we needed, cutting and replacing the old piping with new piping and snaking all the drain lines. He has a pretty cool entirely contactless payment method, where he can generate and send invoices from his phone and you can pay through an online portal with your credit card and save a PDF copy of the invoice. We would use his services again, though we hope not to. read more

Not a good experience. I booked an appt online, only to have to go back and forth with their office on the phone to get the time right. I even called back to confirm later that day and was assured they would be there. They didn't show up in the scheduled window--I waited until about 15 minutes after it had closed, then left to run errands. No call, no update, nothing. The tech apparently told their office that I wasn't home when they arrived, making it my fault. Without consulting me, they rescheduled for the next morning--when I wasn't available. I won't bother calling them again. Huge time waste and never even got the work done! read more

The water filter under our sink was leaking and we really needed it fixed asap. I was unable to do dishes or cook, and this is all during Covid 19 by the way. At first it seemed like this would not be possible, when I explained my situation Stanley was able to make it work.
