I did not receive any updates regarding the photos of the closet area, even though asked everyday. The communication is horrible, unclear and there's always a problem with the time frame of arrival. I did not consent to any additional work other than the closet area replacing the pad and cleaning the carpet. Now there are holes in my bathroom walls because of the equipment used and I didn't consent to any of that. The owner has asked us to turn off his equipment because he couldn't show up on time. Personal work besides my house shouldn't have affected the completion of work after the first day and not creating damages inside my house. The scope of work is incomplete, all of the carpet in the closet room has been lifted and padding not installed. Such a mess. Threatening to put a lien on my property while the job is incomplete. Wow!!!! My couches and kitchen table chairs look new again! I also asked that they spot treat a cream chair that somehow got blood on it from one of my pets.
