Great, strong, flavorful coffee. My husband is a true coffee snob (I only consider myself a semi coffee snob) and he thought the coffee was out of this world. Great decor, arrangement, and friendly staff. We had the Breggo's (a breakfast-type dough-ey, egg-ey, salsa-ey thing) and, while they tasted FABULOUS, they were quite expensive for a breakfast item. Hip interior with bar tables, couches, and a cool hang out/study atmosphere. Not a big fan of the vanilla latte I got... not all the way full and the syrup was lacking flavor. Tasted like regular coffee with some vanilla flavoring. My friend took back her iced chai for something else after realizing how much she disliked it. I later realized after tasting.my friends iced espresso drink that it was just the taste of the espresso that I disliked. It was really acidic and harsh. Locals seem to really like it but maybe that's because there's not much around here and its "cool" to hate Starbucks. I wouldn't go back. Awesome little gem just off the 70 in Eagle, Colorado. Surprisingly large interior with lots of comfy chairs/couches to sit on and plenty of flatscreen tvs to watch also if you're interested. The coffee is really good here. (And that's coming from a self-professed coffee snob.) And the scones are manna from heaven! Cast your gluten restrictions aside for the moment and indulge in one of these bad boys - trust me, it's worth it! The staff here was super friendly and it's definitely worth the little detour off of the I-70 if you find yourself in need of a caffeine fix. Only draw back to this place is that it closes at 4. So, if you're planning on coming here, don't plan coming here after 4. If however, you find yourself up early, they do open at 630 - so I guess that kind of off-sets the early close time. read more

Generally, I am not a coffee shop kind of guy. When I do happen to go I stay away from Starbucks and derivatives thereof. Yeti's was a gem recommended by a friend. The shop has a great ambiance -- warm, inviting. Great for studying or casual hanging out with friends. Being a chai fan I got the Bhakti Chai. AMAZING! I highly recommend. The place is a little pricey -- I got a small chai and a cookie for $5 -- but it is high quality. Definitely check it out if you get a chance. read more

A good coffee shop and the only decent espresso around for miles. You can get your fix but you'll have to explain to the barista how to make a traditional flat white and a cortado but they end up doing a good job. The coffee itself tastes a little stale but that can be a hit or miss. I had a tomato, avocado, cheddar cheese panini for lunch. Very good. Giving it 3 stars because they could do better in their roast and perpetration. Also the store has good seating to enjoy your coffee inside or out front. Plenty f TV to catch up in sports. read more

Visiting the area from out of town, we stopped in for a couple drinks. The décor was adorable, seating comfortable, people were nice, staff wonderful and personable. Our two drinks were Latte's. Let me start by saying the Lonesome Star latte I had was very good and the young lady at the counter was pleasant. The reason I'm rating yeti's grind only 3 stars is because the Bacon breakfast burrito my husband ordered had maybe two small bacon bits in it. He actually asked me if I had ordered the bacon burrito bc he opened it up to see if he could find bacon in it. The outside of it hadn't been cooked long enough so it wasn't very crispy. My avocado egg salad toast was tasty. I didn't mind being charged extra for gluten free bread except that the menu said avocado toast with your choice of artisan bread or gluten free and next to it the price of 7.00. But then when I looked at the receipt later it had an extra charge for GF toast. I can afford the extra charge but it's just not right to do that. I would go back for a coffee drink but definitely not for the food. We had a much better bite to eat at DJ & Dahlias in Gypsum only 10 min away and their coffee drinks were very good too read more

Really disappointed in the service here. The young girl at the front was unfriendly and not very knowledgeable about the menu. I used to come here a lot and the staff was always so friendly. Things seem to have changed drastically. I stood at the counter for at least a minute before the girl even looked at me, she was too busy playing with the stickers on her water bottle to notice me. Both girls seemed unhappy and either were having a collective bad day or just not meant for customer service. I only give two stars because the coffee is really good. Yeti's is a solid local(ish) coffee shop (there's another in Vail) with friendly folks serving up decent coffee. American's are ok, a little thin, their dirty hippy was super spiced - good but strong - the atmosphere is great though and the service as well. I'd venture to say that Yeti's has the best coffee I've ever had and I'm not comparing it to big box coffee houses that shall remain nameless. Good coffee & usually solid service in a comfortable, warm & friendly space in downtown Eagle with plenty of parking. New menu board and expanded menu solves many of earlier issues, but coffee is still a bit expensive. Glad to see it growing up and evolving nicely. read more

So good. I was visiting Eagle, Colorado and was glad to have been referred to Yeti's by my sister-in-law. The coffee was delicious. I especially liked the iced latte that had Irish mint - probably one of the best coffee's I've ever had. They have a number of speciality lattes that can all be done iced or hot. On our way our of town, we stopped in to grab a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast burrito. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely recommend a stop in here if your in town. read more

Needing caffeine quick, we found the closest coffee spot. I ordered a latte with almond milk which came with three shots of espresso, which did the trick. It was smooth and delicious. We also ordered a burrito and oatmeal. The burrito was delicious, the oatmeal was not the best, it tasted like it wasn't cooked in the water and didn't have the right consistency.
