Tony is super helpful in answering any questions we have! On the day of installation, they came on time at around 7.30am and they finished the work by 12pm. Very impressive! They were super efficient and fast. One thing I wish they did for me was clean up the soils/dirt a bit better. Some pieces of soils got stuck very bad to my turf and it was hard to get rid of it. Other than that, everything was great! A month or two later I had to call them to check out the fence because the gap was widening on my board to board and they came out very quick to fix the problem! I messaged this company through their website, but never heard back so I called them, Luis answered, and he was in my area, and stopped by within 15 minutes. I liked him, we chatted, I showed him my fence and he gave me two verbal numbers depending on much of the fence we decided to rebuild. He then said he's send me over the actual quote with a couple of pictures of options, so I could discuss with my neighbors. And then... nothing. I never got the quote or pictures. I send numerous text messages asking nicely for it. I called and left him a voicemail. I sent two emails through the website. Someone on Facebook who claims to know him well even supposedly messaged him on my behalf. Still zero reply. This person needs to go and take a simple course in client management. Why bother coming to my house, wasting my time if you 1) seemingly don't want to do the job and 2) can't even manage the decently a reply. I even point blank asked, if you don't want to do the job, at least just TELL me so I know. Zero reply to any attempts to make contact. I was going to hire them to do the job. All it would have taken was a REPLY to any of my attempts to contact them again. Maybe your luck will vary, but 1 star for this utter waste of time.

They said they have the quote and it will be ready to be sent to me in a couple hours. So I waited, and nothing got sent to me. I kept calling them from Wednesday-Friday of that week. NOBODY picked up the phone or even return my calls (I left at least two voicemails)! What a waste of time. Since then, it has been two weeks and I heard nothing from them. No email or phone calls. I heard great things about this company and would like to have them install my fence, but I guess they don't want to work with me. At this point, we decided to move forward with another company who is more responsive with picking up phone calls and also has amazing reviews. I cannot trust this company if I can't even get a quote I want and they won't even pick up my calls.
