These frites are complimented with a wonderful tangy aioli to balance the perfectly tempura fried sweet potato frites--yes, I said tempura fried, the ingenuity of this madness is perfect. As a main course we ordered the "All-in-One-Bowl" both veggie options and it was delicious. Veggies were fresh and delicately organized to balance the palette. Be sure to mix this salad bowl up as the sauce on the bottom is what ties the palette all together. Last of all BEER. For any beer drinkers looking for a refreshing drink, try the Lychee Beer on the menu....c'mon do I need to say more? This is not authentic Vietnamese cuisine but it takes the quality and freshness of traditional Vietnamese cuisine as it's building block for an inventive menu. Service was great as well! The sprouts and other ingredients just weren't fresh enough. The warm rice noodle chicken bowl was a hot mess. Chicken tasted like it belonged in a Tex Mex bowl. Noodles were dressed with oil Italian style. This just isn't Vietnamese cuisine. Overall should be fresher and recommend an authentic cook .. perhaps someone that's spent time in Vietnam ..? The sushi itself was pretty hit or miss: salmon and avocado based rolls were great, but the tuna did not look or taste that fresh.
