She was a very good cook in her own right, and we lived near some of the best Chinese food in the world in Southern California. I can state unequivocally that this is the real deal! They use fresh ingredients, fresh oil, and the chef does a masterful job. We are spending 10 days here and have already eaten here twice with plans to eat here a couple more times despite the other excellent choices competing for our attention.
