All of the dishes were excellent. The plan was to leave enough for lunch tomorrow but that did not work out so well. We finished it all. She was a very good cook in her own right, and we lived near some of the best Chinese food in the world in Southern California. I can state unequivocally that this is the real deal! They use fresh ingredients, fresh oil, and the chef does a masterful job. We are spending 10 days here and have already eaten here twice with plans to eat here a couple more times despite the other excellent choices competing for our attention. Tastefully decorated and squeaky clean, if you appreciate good Chinese food, I recommend you try them.
