We were greeted immediately by very polite and welcoming staff. Our massages were done by Jenny and Vivian, and they were absolutely extraordinary. These ladies definitely know what they are doing! They targeted the exact areas I mentioned were hurting, and my boyfriend asked for deep tissue, which he definitely got. The therapist's technique, perfect pressure, and knowledge of exactly how to stretch the muscles was delightful. We also chose to upgrade to the hot stones, which was a fantastic added touch. I would also like to clarify that I had no issue paying the cancellation fee if it was required. My concern was that I asked multiple times about the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, but that option was never offered or discussed. Instead, the conversation repeatedly focused on the cancellation policy and fee, without any effort to explore an alternative solution or accommodate a reschedule. The rooms are partitioned off by thick beige curtains and the sounds of waves crashing seemed to be playing throughout the facility. The table appeared sturdy and clean. There was a hanger for clothes and a box yo leave all other belongings in. I had chosen the hot stones as my "add-on" and I received a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable full body massage. Cici was great the first time I went about 2 weeks ago. The massage was great and she was very…read morenice. I spent $70 for an hour massage and tipped her very well. I went to see her again just last week and she treated me with indifference. When I arrived at the business, she was in a bad mood. She didn't say hi to me. The first thing she said, was that I woke her up. This was around 5pm. I couldn't believe that she said that, and didn't greet me properly. Then, before entering the room, she requested the $70 upfront llike last time for the hour massage. So I gave it to her. Then I went into the room alone, and waited about 10 minutes until she got back. When she entered the room, I showed her the time and told her I had an from that time. She said no, that the time started 10 minutes ago, when I had paid her the $70 outside of the room. So, I said the time should start when she came back into the room when she was ready to start the massage. That upset me, in addition to her bad attitude when she told me that I woke her up. So, I told her to give me back the house money because I was being mistreated. She gave me back the money, and I left. That was no way to treat a good paying customer. If u think about it, in the service industry u don't even get charged money, before u are provided with service‍ But, that wasn't the issue, since all the asian massage places charge before providing sservice. Her mistake was that she said the time started when I paid her, not when she came back to the room 10 minutes later.
